What makes you one of the best at what you do?
I care about the partnership I seek to establish and nurture with my clients. If they succeed, so do. At Octo, the most satisfying way we see the impact of our work is when we achieve a trusted advisor relationship with our client, even after final deliverable acceptance. Oftentimes, clients will contact Octo on short notice to seek our advice, expertise, or request a rapid turnaround on some kind of analysis. Additionally, when a client commits to adopting a unique recommendation, system, methodology, or approach developed by Octo, and that commitment is manifested in measurable results, it makes our jobs as problem-solvers feel that much more significant.

“Octo was created with the idea that there are too many government contractors where folks are little more than a badge and we wanted to turn that aspect of normal government contractor on its head with our culture. We wanted to create an environment that was fun and unique but professional. An environment where employees work on impactful projects that have their fingerprints on it, where employees are able to take risks, be entrepreneurial, and are encouraged to swim on the deep end of the pool. And no jerks. Simple, but surprisingly novel.” – Mehul Sanghani, CEO
