Mid-Level Web Developer / Intel Community

The candidate should have over 6+ years experience with Web Development, including the use of key languages such as PHP, SQL, ColdFusion, ActionScript and Javascript. The candidate should also have experience working with Flash, Multi-Media, Ajax, and other Web 2.0 concepts. The candidate will be required to work with a fast-paced team to develop mission-facing web-site and performance management dashboard.

1. 3. Project Execution - Understands project and development plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines; Adheres to coding standards defined by technical management; Accurately employs development tools; Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans;Accurately completes and submits time and expense reports in a timely manner; Accurately completes and submits status reports in a timely manner.

4. Teamwork - Establishes harmonious working relationships with team members; Appreciates each team member's contributions and values each individual member.

5. Communication -Listens to others and accepts input from team members; Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally; Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professional.

6. Relational Databases - Understands basic relational database concepts; Confidently writes the SQL statements; Possesses knowledge of various database access methods.

7. Programming Language - Demonstrated experience with the following technologies:  PHP, SQL, ColdFusion, ActionScript, Javascript; Possesses basic knowledge of XML/XSL.

8. Architecture - Demonstrates basic knowledge of object and component methodology and technology; Possesses basic knowledge of classes, components, objects, and interfaces; Recognizes the fundamental differences between the various internet browsers.
