Octo Consulting Group is very proud to be ranked 5th in the medium category for the Best Places to Work Award in the greater Washington for 2012, by Washington Business Journal.

On June 1st, 2012, Washington Business Journal announced the ranking of companies for the top 50 best places to work in the greater Washington area. The award ceremony was held at the Ritz Carlton of Tysons Corner, VA and Octo Consulting Group ranked 5th in the Medium category. "This award is designed to honor the area's leading employers and celebrate companies that go beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees." WBJ

A few months earlier, 50 top companies were nominated for this prestigious award by their employees as the best places to work. "Our firm is very proud to be named one of the best places to work in 2012" said Mehul Sanghani, the President & CEO of the firm.

Employees from Octo Consulting Group filled out a survey that talked about the various perks of the firm and their favorites. Some of the perks mentioned by employees were the Charitable sponsored donations and the 100% paid healthcare. One of the most popular perks mentioned was Octo's working environment which boasts a relaxed dress policy enabling employees the ability to dress casually as long as they are not meeting with a client. Additionally, Octo leadership enforces an "open door" policy which fosters greater communication with leaders of the company. Overall, Octo's working environment speaks directly to the leadership's emphasis on building a company culture that is employee centric and built by all-star talent.
